Chinese Elm Tree is a beautiful bonsai tree with beautiful grayish-green, mottled bark that sheds with age, displaying varying colors. It likes full sun and is adaptable to most soil types as long as they are well-draining. Adding a Chinese Elm Bonsai tree to your collection would add great ornamental values given its beautiful green leaves that spread lavishly outwards.
PS: all our bonsai trees are planted in pots with nutrition soil (garden soil) given our small business nature- it is quite impossible for us to portion akadama soil into every single pot due to pricing/staffing/timing reasons.
